Buros Institute of Mental Measurements: http://www.unl.edu/buros/; Test reviews cost $15 a review, but the site has an index of which reviews are in which volumes of the Mental Measurements Yearbook. There are links to other resources as well. Don't ignore the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).
