BorderLines is a monthly publication produced by the Interhemispheric Resource Center, a private
nonprofit research and policy institute located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Founded in 1979, the Resource Center produces books, and policy reports
about U.S . foreign relations with the Third World, as well as sponsoring
popular education materials.
