NMSU Library Group Study Rooms Now Open
NMSU Library, your Destination for Discovery, has opened seven group study rooms on the 2nd floor of Zuhl Library exclusively for student use. The rooms, which are designed to provide spaces for students to work collaboratively, will be available on a reservation basis for students working in groups of two or more. Two rooms are technology-enabled to allow students plug in capabilities for laptops which allow content sharing on large wall-mounted monitors. One of the rooms has been designated as a presentation practice room and includes a
conference table, large screen wall monitor, and a speaker’s lectern.
Rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance and checked out for up to two hours. Students can reserve the rooms at http://lib.nmsu.edu/groupstudy or visit the service desk on the first floor of Zuhl for more information. Policies on room usage can also be found at http://lib.nmsu.edu/aboutlib/policies/policy047.shtml .
