The NMSU Library is pleased to announce they are renewing the popular “Pause for Paws” program. “Pause for Paws” is part of a ‘Stress Buster’ series of events hosted by the NMSU Counseling Center. The series is designed to give students an opportunity to let go of the stressors and pressure associated with finals week.
“Pause for Paws” will feature multiple dogs and dog handlers from the local Therapaws group. Students are encouraged to come by the University Library buildings, play with friendly dogs, and learn more about the good works of the local Therapaws group. The canine allies will offer students a therapeutic break from the stress of the upcoming finals week.
Tentative locations for the popular “Pause for Paws” program will be held:
- Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm in Zuhl Library, 1st floor.
- Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 from 11 am to 2 pm in Branson Library, 1st floor Lobby northeast corner
- Thursday, December 4th, 2014 from 11 am to 2 pm in Branson Library, 1st floor Lobby, northeast corner
