Here are a few facts about the state documents collection:

Depository library since March 1978.

There are 29 depository libraries throughout the state. After the New Mexico State Library and the State Records Center and Archives, we are the next major depository.

There are over 7,000 titles consisting of over 23,990 volumes in the collection.

Over 500 new titles consisting of almost 1,000 volumes are added annually to the collection.

NMSU Library is a major cataloging resource for state documents and our agricultural cataloging records are contributed to the U.S. government's AGRICOLA Database.
