New Mexico State University Library Electronic Reserves Desk
Electronic Reserve Guidelines, Instructions & Form

The following is exclusively for professors, instructors, and assistants teaching courses on the main campus of New Mexico State University.

What are electronic reserves?

Full-text reserves, available to your students through Docutek.

Library staff will obtain rightsholder(s) permission solely through Copyright Clearance Center (CCC). Requests must be submitted every semester.

Legible hardcopies of reserve material must be provided for scanning purposes. Request assistance from IDS to obtain items not owned by the NMSU Library or for assistance with delivery of photocopies or books from the NMSU Library collection. Electronic format is acceptable on CD-rom, via email or direct upload to Docutek with copyright clearance.

Reserve lists will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All material will be processed as soon as possible, aiming at the shortest possible turnaround time.

Please read the Reserves Guidelines & Instructions before submitting this form. (Guidelines are subject to change.)
