Library Instruction Request Form

Please complete the form below to request a library instruction session for your class.

NMSU Library requires that faculty attend library instruction sessions. When this is not possible, select a time where you can attend or make prior arrangements with the librarian who will be teaching the session.

To find out more about library instruction options, visit Library Instruction at NMSU: A Guide for Faculty, Instructors, and Teaching Assistants (http://lib.nmsu.edu/instruction/faculty_about.htm).

*Will a library research assigment be required?
If there is an assignment, library instructors would appreciate seeing a copy in advance.

We will respond via e-mail or phone as soon as possible regarding your request. A class is only confirmed after you have been contacted by a library staff member. If you need to cancel an already scheduled session or room reservation, please contact the library at 646-4129 as soon as possible so we may make the room available to others.

If you wish to schedule more than one session, please resubmit this form for each session.
