At the heart of the New Mexico State University Library are its collections: the books, reference tools, journals, databases, recordings and unpublished materials that inspire first-rate research, teaching and learning. In order to sustain the goals of our knowledge community, the Library must build a stable foundation of private support.
The New Mexico State University Library is committed to targeted collection development. We seek to achieve research-level excellence in areas that support the University's traditional and emerging academic programs. In the spirit of mutual collaboration, we develop our collections cooperatively with other New Mexico institutions. We ask donors to support us in building funds in perpetuity. These funds will allow us to build and maintain the research-level depth our constituents require in targeted collections.
