    Print out and complete this authorization form and submit it at either Circulation desk.

[Button] If you are not affiliated with NMSU and would like to be a guest borrower, print out and
    complete this application form and submit it at either Circulation desk.

[Button] UTEP students and faculty are eligible to borrow books from the NMSU library. Print out and complete
    this application form and present it along with your UTEP ID card at either Circulation desk.

[Button] Would you like to receive your overdue notices via e-mail? SUBMIT  your address.

[Button] Are your books due, but you're not finished with them? RENEW  the items ONLINE now.

[Button] Are you interested in a book owned either by the Alamogordo or Dona Ana branch libraries?
   REQUEST  the book for delivery to the Zuhl Circulation desk.

[Button] Is there a book at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library that you'd like to borrow?   
   REQUEST  to have the book delivered to Zuhl Library.

[Button] Is the book you need already checked out? Place a RECALL to have the book returned.

[Button] Want access to the electronic RESERVES collection?

[Button] Request books with a location of  "LABELING", "REPAIR", "ORDERED" or "RECEIVED".
