Reimbursements for moving expenses are subject to the Business Procedures Manual policies under 5A.35 MOVING EXPENSES. See Guidelines for moving expenses reimbursements for new and prospective employees.

Procedures:

For NMSU Library, the reimbursement funds available for moving expenses equals 10% of the new employees hiring salary. New employees who live in the local area are not normally eligible for reimbursement of moving expenses.
