Library Staff Providing Orientation Information to NMSU Students

At the start of NMSU classes on Thursday, August 24th, and Friday, August 25th, the NMSU Library is staffing a Welcome Week information table located between Branson and Zuhl libraries. According to organizer Norice Lee, the project is an effort to help better orient students to the NMSU campus. Watch for a table with balloons, give-away items and Library personnel wearing “Info Team” T-shirts!

NMSU’s Office of Enrollment Management has donated bottled water for distribution, and the Library is providing fortune cookies with information-related messages for the students. Volunteers will give students directions to campus buildings, and provide campus maps and other information between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m on both days.
