NMSU Library Offers Citation Workshops
Are you looking for a citation management tool? The NMSU Library is offering two workshops on EndNote Web. The workshops are free to members of the NMSU campus community.
The first session will be held Thursday, November 15, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the classroom on the first floor of Zuhl Library.
The second session will take place on Wednesday, November 28, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the classroom on the first floor of Branson Library.
EndNote Web is a web-based program for collecting and organizing references, managing citations in papers and creating bibliographies. Access to EndNote Web is free to those affiliated with NMSU.
EndNote Web allows the user to:
-- import citations, abstracts, and links
-- search and import references from library catalogs
-- share references with other EndNote Web users
-- format and export bibliographies
-- use Cite While You Write™ in Microsoft® Word to easily cite
references in your paper while automatically creating a bibliography
The workshops are designed to be especially helpful to faculty and graduate students. For more information, contact Theresa Valko of the NMSU Library's reference department at (575) 646-3079 or tvalko@nmsu.edu.
