Library Grant and Gift AwardsResulting from Successful Proposals
Since the mid-1990s, the New Mexico State University Library has raised more than $2,775,000 in grant and gift awards resulting from successful written proposals. The awards have provided external support for many useful and interesting projects beneficial to library users and the larger community.
Large grant-funded projects include:

the History of New Mexico Agriculture and Life ($97,755)
National Endowment for the Humanities/U.S. Agricultural Information Network - Border
Health Information and Education Network ($204,000)
National Library of Medicine - Title V Electronic Classroom ($217,032)
U.S. Dept. of Education, Title V, Strengthening Institutions (partnered with lead agency, NMSU College of Engineering)
