Position Title:Computer Support Specialist

Salary:Commensurate with education and experience

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science or information related field and 5 years of experience.

Required:   Knowledge of and experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office with particular strength in Access, Unix, html, telnet, ftp, standard web applications including Dreamweaver, Javascript, and graphic design tools. Proof-reading skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong skills in problem analysis and resolution. Ability to write documentation and provide training and support for both skilled and unskilled computer users. Ability to use independent judgment and initiative. Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

Preferred:   Work experience in a library. Experience with Voyager catalog system from Endeavor.
